What you’ll bring:
- Current master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or active CFY status welcomed
- Eligibility for state licensure as an SLP
- Background in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for working with elementary students in a dynamic educational setting
Role responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech, language, and communication therapy to elementary-aged students
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and other specialists to support student progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with school-based requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and offer expertise in speech-language development
- Engage in professional development as needed and stay current with best practices
- Support a positive school environment and advocate for students’ needs
