Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Canton, Michigan

Qualifications:
- Active Michigan SLP license required
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Experience with SLP-CCC or CFY pathways, or SLPA credentials considered
- Passion for supporting students’ growth and communication skills
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct screening, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational staff to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide documentation as required
- Supervise or mentor CFY and SLPA candidates, if eligible
- Adapt to varying caseloads across different grade levels
