Speech Language Pathologist in San Jose, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid Clinical or Rehabilitative Services Credential for Language, Speech, & Hearing, or a California credential for Language/Speech and Hearing Specialist.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active California Speech-Language Pathology license.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC).
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly desired.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and recordkeeping abilities.
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech, language, and hearing interventions to a diverse caseload of students.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and objectives related to communication disorders.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and families to provide comprehensive support.
- Conduct assessments, document progress, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records and ensure compliance with all regulatory and district requirements.
Position Details:
- Contract assignment—onsite only; remote or hybrid not available.
- 37.5 hours per week.
- Start date: August 13; End date: June 11.
