Desired Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) in Oregon
- Previous experience in school-based settings and working with pediatric populations
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable adapting therapy plans for a diverse group of learners
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Participate actively in the IEP process, including goal setting and documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student success
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
