Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Oregon
- Experience with pediatric and school-aged populations, including early childhood and elementary students
- Strong knowledge in assessment and development of individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Background with varying caseloads, including moderate to profound needs, preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop, and implement IEPs for students in K–12
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy in individual and group settings
- Work closely with families, teachers, and related service providers
- Adapt therapy and communication strategies to diverse student needs
- Maintain accurate and timely records for compliance with state and federal guidelines
