Elementary Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Beaverton, OR
Make a direct and meaningful impact on students’ lives as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist, providing essential services across early childhood, elementary, and pediatric settings. This full-time contract position covers the 2026–2027 school year, working with K–12 students with a variety of communication needs. Caseloads are thoughtfully assigned based on your expertise and preferences, from moderate to more profound needs.
Both local and travel SLPs are encouraged to apply for this role situated near Beaverton, OR. You’ll have opportunities to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and truly make a difference for students and their families.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome
- Background in pediatric, early childhood, and/or school-based SLP services
- Experience supporting K–12 students with a diverse range of communication needs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
