Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Previous experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations is highly desirable
- Graduate degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited program
- Experience in K–12 school settings, with flexibility to support various levels and needs
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Dedication to fostering growth in students with a range of speech and language challenges
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students in both group and one-on-one settings
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to ensure holistic support
- Monitor student progress, adjust treatment as needed, and maintain accurate records
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student goals
