Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in California
- Experience working with pediatric and school-age populations, including early childhood and elementary levels
- Strong knowledge of assessment, intervention, and IEP development for diverse caseloads
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach with multidisciplinary teams
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in grades K–12, adapting interventions to individual and group needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with teachers, families, and related service providers
- Conduct thorough assessments and document progress in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Collaborate with faculty and support staff to deliver comprehensive, student-centered support
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and interdisciplinary team discussions
