Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active and valid SLP state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
- Experience in school-based and pediatric settings preferred
- Familiarity with early childhood, elementary, and K–12 student populations
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across all grade levels
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for eligible students
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities
