Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state SLP licensure or eligibility by start date
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric, early childhood, or elementary school populations
- Familiarity with a range of communication disorders, including AAC and other assistive technology
- Comfort managing a caseload with diverse needs, adjusting interventions accordingly
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language interventions to students individually and in groups
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized therapy plans for students in K–12
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support academic and social success
- Document progress and maintain compliance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Educate staff and families on strategies and progress
