Ideal Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Washington
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows considered
- Demonstrated experience in pediatric or school-based settings
- Familiarity with early childhood, elementary, and adolescent populations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Comfort managing IEPs, evaluations, and group or individual therapy sessions
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized speech and language therapy to K–12 students
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams
- Adapt therapeutic approaches to fit each student’s unique needs and learning style
