Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current SLP license for Washington State (or eligibility)
- Experience in pediatric, early childhood, or K–12 school settings preferred
- Comfortable supporting a broad spectrum of student abilities and communication challenges
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to varying caseloads and age groups
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to K–12 students, modifying approaches as needed
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to meetings related to student services
- Provide support and training to school staff as required
