Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current or eligible SLP licensure in Washington

- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Comfort working with diverse caseloads (K–12, varying support needs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Create and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
- Participate in the development, review, and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure comprehensive support
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and intervention strategies
