Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid California SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience working with K-12 populations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapeutic services to a caseload of 37-41 students, addressing articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs
- Develop, adapt, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and interpret evaluation results for eligibility and progress monitoring
- Provide consultation and support to teachers and parents to promote student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff on best communication strategies
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and adhere to all compliance requirements
