Qualifications:
- Active California Speech-Language Pathology License required
- Open to SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY candidates
- Background in school-based speech therapy preferred
- Familiarity with elementary and middle school age populations a plus
- Able to complete speech/language assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and participate in IEP meetings
Responsibilities:
- Serve a caseload of approximately 55 students
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized speech/language therapy plans
- Participate and present in IEP meetings, collaborating closely with teachers and staff
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed
- Provide compassionate support and guidance to students, families, and educators
