Required Qualifications:
- Active California SLP licensure
- Credentials: SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CFY) status
- Experience with pediatric clients in school-based or similar settings
- Ability to adapt therapy methods for a broad spectrum of ages and disorders
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff and families
- Comfortable participating in virtual interviews (Zoom)
- Ready to begin as soon as possible and commit through the school year
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students with varied needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and district policies
- Communicate student progress and therapy outcomes to teachers and families
- Provide guidance on strategies and tools for classroom support
- Manage a dynamic weekly schedule at one or more locations (details provided during hiring)
