What You'll Bring:
- Active California Speech-Language Pathology license (required)
- ASHA SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or strong background in school-based SLP
- Experience working with pediatric populations in educational settings
- Knowledge of various disabilities and passion for school-aged intervention
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Openness to flexible caseloads and multi-site assignments
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student progress
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of services provided
- Adapt therapy to support diverse needs across elementary, middle, or high school populations as assigned
