Speech Language Pathologist in Rohnert Park, CA

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Active state licensure as required for speech-language pathologists in California
- Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to provide services to a diverse student population
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor progress
- Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and parents to ensure comprehensive student support
- Help manage and alleviate the existing SLP caseload
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in line with school and regulatory standards
- Contribute to a supportive, student-centered learning atmosphere
