Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in San Ysidro, CA

Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings highly desired
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and families
- Understanding of individualized education program (IEP) processes and documentation
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students referred for evaluation
- Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to support student learning
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment as needed
- Contribute to IEP meetings and communicate student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state requirements
