Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid CA state license or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome to apply
- School-based experience or pediatric experience in healthcare settings is highly valued
- Strong understanding of IEP processes, evaluations, and documentation
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations
- Develop and implement customized therapy plans for students
- Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents to support student goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Maintain thorough records of progress and compliance documentation
- Provide therapeutic interventions both individually and in small groups
