Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | San Diego, California

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Appropriate state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in educational settings
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations
- Background in providing healthcare-related SLP services is valued
- Familiarity with developing, implementing, and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver speech-language therapy to students
- Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to foster student progress
- Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
- Utilize evidence-based practices to support students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
