Key Qualifications:
- Valid CA SLP License required
- Open to both Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and those holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience providing speech and language services in elementary and/or middle school settings preferred
- Skilled in conducting assessments, developing and presenting at IEP meetings, and designing individualized treatment plans
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to students across elementary and middle grade levels
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and interpret results
- Develop, write, and present IEPs; monitor student progress; maintain documentation and compliance
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support carryover of strategies and maximize student success
- Adapt services to meet the unique needs of each student on caseload
This full-time position consists of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, offering you a consistent and manageable schedule. Enjoy the autonomy to guide your students’ progress in a supportive educational environment.
