Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Santa Clara, CA

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid CA license or eligibility to obtain (CFY considered)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred but not required
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings highly desired
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic educational environments
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to a diverse caseload of K-12 students
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other service providers
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student success plans
- Consult and provide support strategies to staff and families
- Stay current with best practices and comply with all state, federal, and district guidelines
