Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility
- CCC-SLP or eligibility for current CFY candidates
- Experience or strong interest in working within school settings
- Understanding of pediatric speech and language disorders
- Familiarity with IEP processes and educational documentation
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students as determined by IEP requirements
- Conduct assessments, interpret results, and write comprehensive evaluation reports
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with measurable goals
- Engage in ongoing progress monitoring and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Provide guidance, resources, and education to support staff and families
