Desired Qualifications:
- Holds or is eligible for current Speech-Language Pathology licensure/certification in California
- ASHA CCC-SLP credential highly valued; CFY candidates warmly considered
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
- Knowledgeable in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech/language disorders
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Your Role:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized plans for students with communication challenges
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support students’ IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy sessions to address speech, language, and social communication needs
- Maintain thorough records in compliance with district and state regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and share insights on student progress
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive environment where every student can succeed
