Speech Language Pathologist in Salinas, CA

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible California licensure for SLP required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants considered
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school staff
- Genuine enthusiasm for supporting students across a range of speech and language abilities
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments for students referred for speech and language services
- Develop and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals in alignment with best practices
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, both individually and in group settings
- Maintain accurate and timely student records and documentation as required by local and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide recommendations, resources, and training to staff and families as needed
