School Speech Language Pathologist - Boston, Massachusetts

We are currently seeking monolingual SLP candidates for the 2026/2027 school year. Once hired and credentialed, you will receive your exact school location and caseload assignment tailored to the needs of the district. The role welcomes dedicated, compassionate professionals ready to make an immediate impact.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CF) status
- Valid (or eligibility for) Massachusetts SLP licensure
- DESE (Department of Elementary and Secondary Education) status, or eligibility
- Experience working in a K-12 school setting preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students K-12
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to support student success
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
