Desired Background & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent required
- MA state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
- Current status with the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows with ability for onsite supervision will be considered
- Experience delivering services in a school-based setting or practicum strongly preferred
- Strong commitment to individualized, student-centered care and collaborative team communication
What You'll Do:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to students grades K-12
- Conduct assessments, create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student learning and growth
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and consult on speech-language interventions
- Adapt to assigned location/caseload after credentialing, ensuring best fit for your skillset
