Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC–SLP).
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain.
- Previous experience working with high school students preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with IEP processes, documentation, and therapeutic intervention planning.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted speech-language therapy services to a high school caseload.
- Conduct assessments and interpret results to inform goals and strategies.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and participate in IEP meetings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student achievement.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in line with school policies.
- Provide supportive, student-centered interventions, both individually and in groups.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive atmosphere and adapt practices to diverse learning needs.
