Speech Language Pathologist in Brockton, MA

As part of a supportive and collaborative educational environment, SLPs will work with a diverse caseload spanning various grade levels. Monolingual candidates are encouraged to apply, and specific caseload assignments will be provided after hiring and credentialing are complete.
Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or pending Massachusetts SLP licensure
- SLP-CCC credentials, or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFs considered with onsite supervision provided)
- Active or in-process DESE (Department of Elementary and Secondary Education) clearance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Dedication to student development and collaborative teamwork
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct assessments and deliver individualized speech-language therapy for K-12 students
- Develop and implement IEPs in coordination with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain detailed and compliant documentation for student progress
- Participate in student support meetings and provide guidance to families and educators
- Engage in professional development and adapt evidence-based practices
