School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Roxbury, Massachusetts

Qualified Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply—onsite supervision is available. We are actively interviewing monolingual SLP candidates; please note, the specific caseload and assignment location will be communicated following hiring and credentialing. Your commitment and clinical expertise will play a vital role in enhancing students’ communication skills for success in and out of the classroom.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Massachusetts SLP licensure or eligibility
- CCC-SLP credentials (Certificate of Clinical Competence) highly preferred
- Clinical Fellowship applicants considered, pending availability of onsite supervision
- Experience in K-12 educational settings is a plus
- Strong interpersonal abilities and an enthusiasm for collaboration
- Ability to work with students with diverse needs across grade levels
- Monolingual candidates are being considered for available roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs
- Conduct evaluations and develop targeted treatment plans
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes
- Serve as a collaborative member of the educational team
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate regularly with parents and staff
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment
