Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA certification or eligibility required
- Experience working with pediatric populations

- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Background in both individual and group therapy considered a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Design and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to a diverse population, from pre-K through high school
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure a holistic approach to each child’s success
- Provide support, guidance, and strategies for classroom teachers to reinforce communication goals
- Adjust interventions as necessary based on ongoing evaluation and student progress
