What we’re looking for:
- Active Missouri SLP license
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience within a pediatric or school-based setting is valued, but new graduates and Clinical Fellows are also encouraged to apply
- Confident communication skills, a supportive attitude, and adaptability
- Commitment to fostering positive student outcomes and individualized support plans
Key responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
- Track and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical expertise to educational planning
- Offer consultation and guidance to staff and families on best practices for communication support
