Key Qualifications:
- Active Missouri SLP license
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC) welcomed
- School-based experience is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience with pediatrics and familiarity with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) valued
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting speech and language assessments for students
- Collaborating with educators, families, and other specialists to develop and implement IEPs
- Delivering evidence-based therapy services individually or in small groups
- Documenting student progress, maintaining compliance with state and federal requirements
- Supporting communication and language development for a diverse student population
- Providing guidance or supervision for SLPA staff as needed
