Qualifications:
- Valid Missouri SLP license required
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred, but those eager to begin their school SLP journey are welcome
- Accepting Clinical Fellows (CFY) as well as SLPs with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Open to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) with appropriate school-based experience
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication and language disorders
- Deliver evidence-based interventions in both individual and group settings
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to track student progress and support academic success
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state policies
- Participate in the IEP process, contributing essential insights and recommendations
- Provide supervision and mentorship if qualified and as needed
