Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in Missouri (or eligibility prior to start date)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in both early childhood and elementary settings preferred
- School-based SLP experience highly valued
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students according to IEP goals
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to eligibility determinations
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
- Motivate students to achieve communication and academic goals
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation, progress notes, and reports
- Support two unique school sites by adapting to varying needs and environments
