Your expertise will be instrumental in helping students achieve their communication goals, while collaborating with educators and families to build inclusive, supportive learning environments.
Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) and state licensure (or eligibility)
- Background in elementary or preschool educational settings preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
- Enthusiasm for working with students requiring various levels of speech support
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Write and maintain accurate documentation, including IEPs and progress notes
- Collaborate with general and special education teams, as well as families
- Support students both individually and in group sessions across the assigned sites
- Engage proactively in problem-solving, resource sharing, and ongoing professional development
