Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota SLP license (SLP DOE certification required)
- Experience or interest in working with children, K–8
- Ability to support a variety of communication disorders and needs
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language services to approximately 35 students (K–8) with a wide range of disabilities
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, track student progress, and collaborate closely with educators and families
- Foster a positive, student-centered environment that promotes growth and confidence
