Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license (CCC certification required)
- Previous experience serving pediatric populations, especially in school-based settings
- Familiarity with the communication needs of K–8 students, including both assessment and intervention
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working closely with staff, students, and families
- Ability to manage caseload efficiently while documenting progress and adjusting plans as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students in grades K–8
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, supporting students’ educational goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to provide integrated support
- Track student progress, maintain detailed records, and participate in IEP and team meetings
- Foster a positive and inclusive climate that encourages every student’s growth and participation
