Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or pending state licensure in Virginia (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience with pediatric school populations preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students in a school setting
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, school staff, and families
- Maintain accurate and timely records, progress notes, and reports
