Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Experience or strong interest in school-based/pediatric SLP services
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students of various backgrounds and abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for student speech/language needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in coordination with team members
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all services delivered
- Consult with teachers and family members to support generalization of skills in the classroom
- Participate in school meetings and professional development as needed
