Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech and Communication Disorders
- Current Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist licensure
- PELSB credential required
- Experience working with K-8 populations is highly valued
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evaluation, diagnosis, and therapy services to elementary and middle school students
- Develop and implement individualized education programs addressing speech-language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support students’ academic and social development
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student progress and recommendations
- Offer consultation and resources to school staff regarding communication strategies in the classroom
