Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Minnesota SLP License required
- Open to both experienced SLPs with CCCs and strong Clinical Fellows (CF)
- Prior experience in school settings preferred
- Expertise in supporting a K-12 caseload
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in collaboration with teachers and support staff
- Maintain thorough records and comply with all federal and state documentation requirements
- Engage families and caregivers as partners in the therapy process
- Contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) team meetings, sharing insights and recommendations
- Adapt therapy techniques to suit diverse learning needs and backgrounds
