- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Valid California state licensure for SLP practice in schools
- Previous experience working in elementary settings preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff
- Ability to adapt evidenced-based interventions to meet individual student needs
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language services for elementary-aged students
- Develop and implement IEPs, progress monitoring, and data collection
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams using the 3:1 service delivery model
- Participate in team meetings, student evaluations, and ongoing professional development
- Deliver therapy both in group and individual settings in compliance with California and federal guidelines
