Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of Minnesota
- Completion of a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in a school setting with elementary-aged children is strongly preferred
- Ability to collaborate with educators and family members for maximizing student outcomes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to elementary school students (K–5)
- Assess and document students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the planning of educational strategies
- Maintain accurate records and report progress in accordance with school policies
- Travel between two elementary school sites as needed
