Qualifications & Desired Background:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) in Florida
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Previous K-12 or school-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to K-12 students
- Participate in IEP meetings and consult with educators and families
- Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
