As a 0.6 FTE Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll split your time between two elementary buildings, supporting young learners from Kindergarten through 5th grade. You’ll gain exposure to varied school environments, broaden your approach to evidence-based interventions, collaborate with seasoned educators, and enrich your skill set for future roles. Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted SLP license for the state of Minnesota
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students (K–5)
- Work across two elementary schools, building rapport with staff and families
- Assess and develop individualized education plans for each student on your caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to achieve student goals
- Document progress and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
