Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold an active State SLP License.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC) required.
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric SLP roles highly valued.
- Strong interpersonal skills for family and educational team collaboration.
- Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring.
- Effective at managing time across multiple work sites.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver screening, assessment, and intervention services to K–5 students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student growth.
- Maintain updated and accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Provide recommendations for classroom strategies and modifications to support language acquisition.
- Participate in team meetings and school-based events as needed.
