Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy tailored to elementary students’ needs
- Serve a diverse caseload across two school locations, ensuring students meet their IEP goals
- Collaborate with general and special education staff, families, and support personnel
- Maintain clear records, progress notes, and compliance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise in speech-language development
- Offer consultation and strategies for classroom teachers to support student communication
