School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Saint Paul, Minnesota

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible Minnesota SLP licensure
- CCC-SLP preferred, but strong CFYs encouraged to apply
- Previous experience working in a school-based setting with secondary students is highly valued
- Demonstrated skills in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for high school age groups
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities within multi-disciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students in secondary and transition programs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed for optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication goals
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities as required

- Assignment from August 24, 2026, to June 7, 2027
- Full-time schedule, 37.5 to 40 hours per week
- Serve approximately 50 students on your caseload
