Qualifications:
- Active state licensure as SLP-CCC or strong clinical fellows (CFY) welcome
- Experience with school-based caseloads strongly preferred
- Comfortable working with high school and transition-aged students
- Ability to build rapport with students facing communication challenges
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 50 secondary and transition-aged students
- Develop, implement, and track progress on individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Maintain documentation and compliance with school and federal guidelines
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented learning environment
